Quiet SB Gelding in BREAKAWAY CREEK, Victoria for sale

I've been contacted by alot of people who ask about him, then say that my location is too far so please read all the info!
12yo, 15-16hh approx.
Comes up to you in paddock when called/whistled (if he's not at the fence waiting for you!), no bite/kick, barefoot.
Fine with roads, I used to ride on the nature strip beside a highway, and on a small road. Fine with tractors, motorbikes and dogs too. Sweet and easy to train (loves food!).
I don't ride him, but he's just come out of a 3month lease, so he's currently fit. When not working he's laid back and good with kids. I've given kids led rides on him bareback and in saddle, so has leaser. Would be a good family horse, he loves being with people and is a real charmer.
Not for beginners, he needs a firm hand because he has a bit of a hard mouth, but would be the perfect horse when this is fixed. Could be a good second or third horse, or someone who is looking to have some fun. When he has learned some manners he will be a great beginner's horse.
Can do anything with him, stand on, sit backwards in halter.
I've owned him for approx 3years, all pics have been taken throughout that time. I got him back today from his lease, so he's missing his mates. Would probably like to be at a home with other horses, or alone but with lots of attention from the new owner.
Has raced, but the leaser had no trouble getting him out of a trot and cantering him, and he has a good canter. I've gone over a small jump on him and I'm sure he could go higher with training. If you are genuinely interested I can provide the leaser's number if you have questions with his riding ability.
Regretful sale, but I've lost interest in riding and he is an expensive pet.
